the story of seed oil free club

I started seed oil free club in 2021 after years of trying to better my life with foods, environment and the right mindset. I started a vegan journey back in 2017 when I used to live in New York City, and i thought i found the answer to health and healing all my ailments. I went to all the plant based restaurants in New York and consumed oat milk lattes every morning…(blood sugar spike and mold..).

I used to consume soy, plant based “meats” and used non-dairy coffee creamers that were filled with natural flavors, gums and emulsifiers. I thought to myself well “I’m not consuming red meat, or any meat for that matter so i must be doing something right for my body and health.” Little did i know, I was only feeling more bloated, lethargic and slowly deteriorating my health.

I slowly started to eliminate certain ingredients and foods from my diet, and it took me years to finally nail everything down. I started to remove all “plant based alternative” meats, dairy, eggs and anything that really was full of oils and gums.

I started to do more research, read more books and educate myself on the human body and the food we eat, how it correlates to mental, physical and emotional health. Your whole life changes when you change what you consume, as it changes how your mind works and how your body reacts, feels and responds.

I began to experiment on my own self and i started to incorporate real single ingredient foods into my life. I started to drink organic mold free coffee and using grass fed dairy milk in my latte, and a simple change of just switching out what i consumed everyday, I started seeing small changes everyday which eventually grew into bigger changes that turned to a whole lifestyle shift. (Swapping all the plastic cookware for stainless steel, swapping out polyester from the bedsheets, adding air filters, plants, red lights, water filters, and the list goes on!)

Sometimes it starts with a small change such as your cup of coffee, then it turns into how much protein you consume for breakfast and eventually, what kind of water you’re drinking. (fluoride?in plastic?).

The micro-decisions in life affect your entire life, before you know it your body is either healing on a cellular level or fighting against illness from chemical exposure, micro-plastics and so much more that goes overlooked in today’s fast paced, busy world.

I created seed oil free club to help educate and inform people of everyday decisions(micro-decisions or macro-decisions) that can impact their health and livelihood.

Fast forward to 2024…

What started as a health club to share ideas, recipes, tips and my health experience turned into an amazing event curating business.

I had family, friends and colleagues calling me asking for advice on what they should do for their weddings, engagement showers, baby showers, holiday parties, birthday parties…etc.

I was asked if i could help out with coordinating and planning the catering along with suggesting non-toxic elements for the tables and food area for their events.

I realized how much i enjoy it and now i have a client list of individuals i work with on a seasonal, annual and one-off special events basis who want a true seed oil free catering and non-toxic experience at their celebrations. The feedback they received was amazing, their guests felt great during the event as real food gives you real energy and we were born to consume real food such as grass-fed steaks, organic fruits, pasture-raised eggs and chickens, fresh squeezed juices, grass-fed dairy all being served on non-toxic stainless steel, glass or bamboo trays.

I was proud and excited to create a brand, and a successful business that i’ve been looking for my entire life, and I know that i can confidently eat real foods that aren’t filled with chemicals, dyes, preservatives, refined sugars, seed oils, natural or artificial flavors, emulsifiers, and anything that our body wasn’t designed to consume.

That’s how seed oil free club evolved into something more! and so much more coming!
